Coleslaw with Egg Free Mayonnaise

Coleslaw with Egg Free Avocado Mayonnaise

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy this traditional salad with your own mayonnaise. We like to add a bit more to it too!

You'll need:

  • 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups finely shredded raw brussels sprouts
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 5 Tbs  Avocado Mayo - Egg Free recipe.
  • (optional) sprinkle sunflower or pumpkin seeds on top to garnish.


  1. In a large bowl mix together the shredded cabbage, shredded Brussels sprouts, carrot, onion and dressing.
  2. Add avocado mayonnaise.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled, about 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a medium bowl to serve.
