Cauliflower Gratin

Cauliflower lathered in a silky & cheesy gluten free white sauce. Finished with breadcrumbs & more melted cheese! This will be a staple through Winter.
This recipe is:
- Gluten free
- Adaptable with your favourite pepo flour
You'll need:
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 serve of Pepo's gluten free cheesy Béchamel
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 handfuls of gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 handfuls of cheese (we used tasty & parmesan but gruyere would also be delicious)
Method:
- Boil a large saucepan of water and salt generously
- Cut cauliflower into medium sized florets and add to boiling water
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Boil until there is little resistance inserting a fork into cauliflower
- Drain cauliflower and put into a baking dish allowing for a single layer then cover generously in béchamel sauce
- Sprinkle over cheese and breadcrumbs
- Bake in the oven until cheese melts, breadcrumbs become golden brown and sauce is bubbling
- Serve immediately
