The Artisan Mill is our community oil and flour mill that is a not-for-profit part of the Australian Pumpkin Seed Company. Pressing seed and nuts for our Aussie farmers in a traditional press giving you a full range of 100% Australian grown seed and nut products that also supports our local community.
Dealing exclusively in the special ‘naked' dark green pumpkin seeds. The seed naturally grow without the hard fibrous casing of regular pumpkin seeds making them the easiest to eat and process. They are an heirloom seed from the Styrian region of Austria and Slovenia (Europe).
Located in the picturesque Ovens Valley, our factory and education centre is open 7 days a week. We welcome you to explore, taste and learn about what we make from paddock to plate. Come and sample our growing range of locally crafted products.
