Verjus

Made from unripe grapes grown in North East Victoria, our Verjus is a gently tart and aromatic vinegar alternative crafted in small batches. Traditionally used in French cuisine, it has a bright acidity without the sharpness of vinegar, making it a versatile ingredient for deglazing pans, dressing salads, or balancing sauces. Low in acetic acid and rich in grape polyphenols, it supports digestive health while offering a refined alternative to lemon juice or vinegar. Pair with our cold-pressed nut oils in vinaigrettes or drizzle over grilled vegetables and seafood.
