Walnuts In Shell

We work closely with both King Valley and Alpine Valley walnut growers. These regions have favourable climate, deep soil and plenty of water ensures they're able to consistently produce some of Australia's finest walnuts.

Tip: Don't have a nut cracker? Easy, use a bread and butter knife to open them. Carefully put the tip into the end that falls off the tree (ie NOT the end with the little point) and give it a twist. Mostly they will split in half and so you can easily dig the nut out if it does just pull out.
