At The Artisan Mill we strive to support Aussie farmers through our social enterprise community mill. Hazelnuts from all our Australian farmers are pressed and bottled under a central label "The Artisan Mill" to raise funds for small farms and families. Hazelnuts from our local regions of Stanely, Mitta Mitta, Gippsland along with Tasmania are collected and pressed in small batches. When buying The Artisan Mill brand you are supporting Australian farmers directly.

We believe that all food should be grown naturally using organic and biodynamic principles to maximise the nutritional health benefits for our farmers and communities. Much of our profits go into investment in healthy soils, farmer education and support.
