Gamila Wild Fermented Olives

Hand Picked and wild fermented the in the traditional Mediterranean way. These olives are tumbled by hand for 12 months onsite at their Beechworth farm. 

Available in the following varieties*:

Original - Manzanillo blend with a lovely lingering bitterness & salt. perfect for Martini's!

Summertime - Flavoured with bay, lemon and cloves, perfect for summer cheese platters

Spicy Blonde - A blend of our best blonde olives, subtly flavoured with estate grown basil, garlic & jalapeño chillies

Kalamata - Traditional Greek olive, very rich and sweet, the classic olive. Perfect in salads or with a glass of red
