Tonemade Organic Bone Broth Tallow 300g

Often referred to as "old fashioned fat", historically tallow was the primary fat for cooking and frying at high temperature due to its 250 degree smoke point. This fat is created during the bone broth cooking process drawing flavour from the marrow, bones, vegetables and spices used. A good source of Vitamin D & E. Tallow is a great alternative to butter and coconut oil.

We often use this oil for the frying process in our recipes or mixed with our oils for a rich flavour in soups, stews and sauces.
