Pressed from the only Australian-grown heirloom pumpkin seeds in Ovens Valley, VIC, our pumpkin seed oil has a deep green colour and nutty, toasted flavour. Made in Ovens, VIC using traditional European pressing methods, it’s rich in antioxidants, magnesium and healthy fats. Beyond its culinary versatility — drizzle over greens, pasta, roast veg or even ice cream — pumpkin seed oil is traditionally associated with supporting bladder, urinary and prostate health.
