Eg.: This is the recipe I use to make Luka some healthy, tasty pancakes which he always loves. I modified it from a couple of recipes as I love to experiment with whatever I have in the cupboard.

These pancakes are:

  • Sugar Free
  • Dairy Free
  • Protein rich
  • Simple to make!

You'll need:

  • ingredient
  • ingredient

Method:

  1. Place bananas in a mixing bowl and mash until smooth.
  2. Sift; self raising flour and seed/nut flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg into same mixing bowl.

Eg.: I made these last week using our Sunflower and Almond Oil. They didn't last as long as I want them to as I couldn't stop Luka from eating them.
